One focus of our language education is the workplace. By emphasizing words and phrases used where our students work, we provide tools for improved productivity and advancement.

90% of our students reported (end of last quarter) improved ability in understanding instructions at work and in speaking English with co-workers. Language skills interact with our focus on health: improved language encourages our students to seek medical attention, with less fear that they will be unable to navigate complex hospital and clinic environments. Indeed, 88% of students reported feeling less stress with situations where English is required.

Our English language instruction robustly improves our students' language skills. Students' scores improve on reading, grammar, and listening. For information about these scores and how they compare to other metrics of proficiency, please see information on the Voxy Proficiency Assessment.
